While shopping for a new 2020 F150 I visited 6 Ford Dealers. I ended up ordering my truck from Saratoga Ford due to the professional conduct displayed by the sales manager Mike Skiba and his commitmen Dealers. I ended up ordering my truck from Saratoga Ford due to the professional conduct displayed by the sales manager Mike Skiba and his commitment to maximizing the numerous Ford incentives. Mike kept me apprised of the production status of my F150 and upon truck arrival he promptly prepared it so I could capitalize on a limited offer rebate. While at Saratoga Ford, I received superb sales assistance from Josh Mettert. Josh meticulously processed the purchase paperwork to ensure I understood what I was signing and what I could expect to receive from Ford. Josh reviewed the numerous F150 features and brought in Andrew Azotea to competently assist with IT. I needed a part and Jody Tornabene expedited its delivery and Service Manager Kristin Skiba had it promptly installed while I enjoyed a complementary beverage in their modern showroom. My Saratoga Ford experience was excellent and I look forward to using their service department. More
During a recent service event for my Ford Escape, the staff esp. Brianna at the service desk, were extremely helpful and patient. Lied to by used car manager Mr. Conroy I purchased a used car for my daughter. Within a week I discovered problems with the vehicle, and brought back for service. They could not service it I purchased a used car for my daughter. Within a week I discovered problems with the vehicle, and brought back for service. They could not service it so told me to bring to a Volvo dealer, which I did. They determined the issues and I communicated it to New Country Ford. They refused to pay the expense of the needed repairs and decided to bring it to another Volvo dealer. Mr. Conroy told me he had everything looked at. I spoke with the Volvo dealer they sent it to, and confirmed that only one item was repaired. Now I am left with a car that WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION. Then Mr. Conroy, after weeks of back and forth, assured me he would completely refund my deposit and pay off my loan. Today (several weeks later), he told me that they will not refund me or pay off my loan. Mr. Conroy promised he would do this, and then backed out of his word, using a new owner of the dealership as his excuse. So according to him, the new owner, Mr. Mackey, is refusing to honor this agreement. More
