The team at Sarchione Ford in Waynesburg was professional and welcoming. I found a vehicle online and inquired if it was still available. They were prompt in their response and assured me that it was availab and welcoming. I found a vehicle online and inquired if it was still available. They were prompt in their response and assured me that it was available for a test drive. Upon my arrival the salesman I contacted, Tom West, was helping another customer. Eric, the manager, welcomed me warmly when I knocked on his door and immediately got me started on the test drive. They were honest and fair. I asked some detailed questions that they either knew the answers to or engaged their service team. We completed the contract that night and finished the transaction over the internet, ultimately resulting in Tom delivering my vehicle in Twinsburg. More

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. We live in New Mexico and found the vehicle of our dreams at Sarchione Ford of Waynesburg OH online. We express interest and within an hour Tom West had reached out to us. He was extremely helpful. He arranged everything and made it simple. Had a notary bring documents to me to sign the next day who then sent the docs back the following day. Tom’s team was able to get us financing, provide freight quotes and get us in touch with the carrier of our choosing. He did all of this in less than a week while also navigating a holiday weekend. He responded to my messages on a weekend too and even returned a call after hours while at home. We are very grateful for the group at Sarchione Ford. More
