Class Act Angelo and the staff at Sarchione is class act hands down. Aaron was incredibly helpful I came to Sarchione Ford looking for a specific car they had on their lot and ended up buying a different one altogether. Excellent Treatment from Sarchione Ford! The deal was actually completed online and on the phone with Tom Farkas. This included all facets of the deal, including my trade in. Tom was outstanding to deal with, everything was completed when I went in to the showroom to sign the paperwork. Dustin, the finance guy was outstanding also..., no pressure at all for the add-ons most dealerships try to force on you when closing. What surprised me the most is the fact that Tom wasn't an online sales manager, he was a normal on the floor, in the showroom sales person. The amazing thing was that he didn't have to run back and forth to his sales manager to complete the deal! This is extremely time consuming at most dealerships, however, Tom had total control of the process. The time I spent in the showroom was under 45 minutes! WOW, UNBELIEVABLE! Thanks Tom Farkas and Sarchione Ford! We LOVE our new Ford Edge and got all the options that we wanted! More
