Bob graciously took all of hubby's phone calls while we waited for a ship date, kept us updated and called immediately when it finally shipped. The paperwork was ready go when we got there, just had to sign everything. Bob walked us through setting up and syncing our phones, went through the different screens on the display and showed us all the features that were different from our old truck.
