Good experience in buying a new truck +Salesman recommended by relative. Arrived and looked at various cars and then decided to test drive a RAM 1500 truck. Our salesman was with another c +Salesman recommended by relative. Arrived and looked at various cars and then decided to test drive a RAM 1500 truck. Our salesman was with another customer, so he had someone else assist us with the test drive. During that time, our trade-in was appraised. After the test drive, we decided on that vehicle and a price quote was given based on credit score I said I had. My son and I were left alone to talk about trade-in value and incentives being offered with no pressure. Once we decided to purchase vehicle, we then sat down with our salesman to start paperwork for credit approval and then talk about hard numbers for leaving dealership with new vehicle the same day. This part of the process took less than an hour. After that, it did take about 1 1/2 hours to finalize paperwork. (It was a Saturday and busy) During the paperwork process, they prepped our truck so it was ready before we finished signing paperwork. This is a lease and we were not pressured to purchase any additional items like interior scotch guard or window treatment. Last the salesman went other the features of the vehicle and made sure we had no questions about truck before we left with the new vehicle. It was a pleasant process for my son and I for him to purchase this vehicle for himself. More
