Absolute worst place to buy a car! Buyers beware of buying a car at Savage 61. Went to buy a brand new car at Savage 61 and the secretary provided false information over the phone about Buyers beware of buying a car at Savage 61. Went to buy a brand new car at Savage 61 and the secretary provided false information over the phone about the current promotions. After wasting over 2 hours at the car dealer, our sales representative did not want to give us the promotion that the secretary provided. Long story, after getting the manager involved and replaying back the phone conversation, the manager gave us the deal that the secretary provided. Our sales representative was Justin Good and was very unprofessional and constantly throwing in my husbands and my face that we "got a good deal" and was negative to us the entire time we were buying a car. Not to mention, Savage 61 was giving away free Target cards in you purchased a new car. When asked about a Target card, Justin told us again" we got a good deal." After we got into our brand new car, the Inside was dirty from the service department who claim they cleaned the brand new car. Justin also talks badly about the service department and other employees to us when we were buying the new car which is unprofessional as well. Justin never went over our new car and showed us the controls and options. We also found a knick on the console of a BRAND new car & had to fight to get fixed. I took the car not even a week later and Savage 61 gave me a dirty, smoke smelling, rental with NO gas in the car!! When I went to tell Justin about the car having NO gas, he told me " well your not going far, right?" Not to mention, the rental car wa so difficult to see out of because Savage 61 places obnoxious Savage 61 banners on the front and back of their rentals and makes it difficult seeing to drive and back up. Justin is very unprofessional, rude and should not have a job working at Savage 61. We talked to the manager there about Justin's attitude and how he treated us, and they claim they talked to him. Justin never apologized for his actions and ignored us when we returned the rental. The staff did not even acknowledge us when returning the rental. We talked to a manager and the manager did not see this as a big deal. We would never recommed Savage 61 to anyone. More
