He was knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions about safety features and specs on the car, he also was great to my little one making sure she had snacks and entertainment. He didn't pressure me or give me a choice between one model or the other and I my expectations were exceeded as I drove home in a brand new car. He was kind and professional, very well mannered and made a very anxious mom feel at ease with such a big purchasing decision.
