Tom was very personable and down to earth and made this buying experience a pleasure. While waiting for financing, he kept checking back with us and was even helping others. He is even helping us with a prior issue with our prior purchase of a new vehicle. He has followed up on everything that he said he would too. Such a wonderful experience!
