Amazing! I cannot say enough good about Saybrook Ford. Amazing dealership, goes out of it's way for it's customers. We found the car we wanted on their website, called them, spoke with Andrew. He took all our information as to what we wanted and about our trade in. He called back within the hour said it was a done deal. They stayed open for us on a Friday ( we were coming after work from West Hartford). When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting for us, had the keys handed to us for our inspection. Went inside, signed the papers, by the time we got back outside, Andrew had moved everything from our trade in into the new car. I have never had an easier time buying a car, simply amazing! Highly recommend this dealership where a handshake still means something. Well worth the drive from anywhere. Thank you guys! More

Best dearler to deal with by far! I have bought many cars over the years from many different ford dealers but none like this one. The car was waiting out from for me when I got there t I have bought many cars over the years from many different ford dealers but none like this one. The car was waiting out from for me when I got there to start and they didn’t have to go looking for it. My aunt and I felt right at home the second we got there. Very friendly staff, and my salesman Anthony did an awesome job in getting me in the car I wanted and have been looking for. Highly recommend this dealer and will continue to take the hour drive in the future for anything else I need. Not to mention also a Roush dealer so huge plus.
