I had been greeted by Anthony Garcia and shown some vehicles, but it wasn’t until Mike one of the service technician Came out and showed me the brand new platinum pearl white 2017 ford explorer xlt with sport package that I instantly fell in love. Mike began showing me the features of the car that put it in the top of its class, not to mention it’s resemblance to the range. He was extremely informative and helpful and could answer any and all of my questions. Anthony made the process smoothe and easy, making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and kept us in the loop at all times. My husband and I are very happy with my car and our service, and will both be purchasing again in the future! More

Since purchasing my Escape, I have been very happy with it and the maintenance/service dept is wonderful. The technicians are super polite and true professionals. I don’t feel like I am getting taking advantage of not knowing a thing about cars (I’ve felt that way with other dealerships) I highly recommend Saybrook ford and their team. More
