Instead they asked what were my concerns were and how can they put me in the car. They also understood that there were other dealers trying to make a deal, they offered very completive financing to attract my business and explained their auto service process to access me when servicing the car. The Sales person was very knowledgeable about the cars features and was very interested in explaining these to make sure they were understood. They understood the closing of the purchase needed to be quick and without confrontation with additional post sales car and dealership features to be purchased. The feeling of a clean purchase was very nice. The closing occurred 24 hours after the agreement. Thank you More

While on the test drive he spoke to us the entire ride explaining every feature the car had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about the business. When trying to find the color we wanted he did everything to get us the exact vehicle in a timely manner and was always available for any questions. When picking up the vehicle he went thru every feature and said to call with any further questions and also said he would meet with us again if we would like to go over anything that he missed. Excellent low pressure sales team and great service dept Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always stra Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service. More
