Best car shopping experience !! We recently purchased a new Acura MDX from Schaller Acura. Mike Uhlman was our salesman, we had a great experience with Mike. While shopping and choosing between different models, colors, and options Mike was so helpful and extremely patient. Mike was very knowledgable and very informative about the Acura vehicles. Mike has been called to let us know he is just a phone call away if we need him to assist us in any way or teach us how to use some of the technology that we may not know how to use. Mike had our car all set up to our specifications and showed us how to use all the different technology and said he would be glad to give us a refresher course if we need a little extra help. We are so happy that we met Mike and are very happy with our purchase. We went back to Schaller a couple of times before deciding on the car we chose, and every time we went to the dealership if Mike was busy another associate would gladly step in to help and would make you feel very comfortable. Very low pressure and knowledgeable sales person I recently purchase an Acura RDX from Rob Horton. I had been to several other dealerships in my search for a luxury compact SUV and was discouraged b I recently purchase an Acura RDX from Rob Horton. I had been to several other dealerships in my search for a luxury compact SUV and was discouraged by the high pressure tactics (what will it take to get you to buy it today), not completely knowledgeable salespeople, and price manipulation. I experienced none of that at Schaller. Rob was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, low pressure, and interesting to talk to. Of course it comes down to price and happily Rob and Brian accepted my offer including a fair amount for my trade. The exact vehicle I wanted (color and packages) was on their lot and ready to go. They handled the registration process, even though I live in an adjacent state. They sent a runner to my insurance agent and registry. Overall the experience was pleasant and satisfying. More

From start to finish (and beyond!) the entire experience was very enjoyable. From the online interaction with Rachel to the face-to-face transaction with Teri, I could not have been happier. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like I was being pushed into more than I wanted. I found the price of my car and the value they gave me on my trade-in to be extremely fair and competitive.
