Having purchased a used vehicle and the next day the car not starting ; needless to say I was not happy. After reaching out to my sales rep and being to get it in next morning I was at least appreciative not starting ; needless to say I was not happy. After reaching out to my sales rep and being to get it in next morning I was at least appreciative for a quick attempt at a resolution. The next day I pulled in , Zach did an excellent job of gathering info and made me feel as though he really cared about my concerns. 45 minutes later my car was diagnosed and repaired. Had a unfortunate breakdown on I/90 on a Saturday, was able to drive it to Bob Rohrman Ford.
