Exactly two stars. One for the friendly porter, and one for the friendly cashier. The Ford dealership did not have oil for my Ford Mustang. I went in for a simple oil change and was there for 3 hours while they scrambled to find some. During that time (since I had plenty) I observed several maintenance personel standing around my car vaping. With my windows down so their vape juice was wafting through the interior. I also saw them slapping each other with towels, laughing and leaning against my car. One of the mechanics was sitting on my engine with the hood open!! Smiling and joking. Completely unprofessional and frankly borderline destructive behavior. Oh, and they "saved me money!" Said the snide representative .... At $82 for an oil change. I feel like I was probably scammed but I just wanted out. Probably got charged labor for their xxx prints on my car and vape refills. You figure Ford representatives would be more observant of their behavior and maybe have the parts required for service. I won't be back. More

My vehicle was there (1st time) for almost 2 wks and the lack of communication back to me was very poor.
