Possibly the worst dealership you could go to if you need service done on your vehicle. They will dent your car, they charged me for an alignment that I didn't ask for, then had to bring it back for them to service done on your vehicle. They will dent your car, they charged me for an alignment that I didn't ask for, then had to bring it back for them to redo the alignment I would assume they didn't originally perform or did a half xxx job on it because the steering wheel was off center and pulling to the right. They blamed that It was because of a poor right front tire but before I could replace the tires after they "checked the alignment" everything was good on that part. How ironic is that?. Unfortunately my car is still leaking or burning coolant and the two times I've brought the car to be serviced AFTER the intital service was done they keep repeating that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. So I guess when it goes back into limp mode for no coolant like it did originally I'll just have to drive it right back to the service bay. It will probably take my car actually catching on fire for them to believe something is still wrong with my car. They put a bandaid on the problem and not a solution. Replaced my shortblock and my cylinder. Claimed they put a whole new motor in. Now won't return my calls or answer when they send me to their phones. Their GM Alex hides in his office and doesn't return emails and doesnt understand the customer service aspect of his position apparently and their service manager pretends to be busy all day so he doesn't have to return any phone call either. You have to physically show up and they pretend they have no clue who you are. It's a circus over there so stay away from this dealership as a whole. All this was warranty work so because they couldn't charge me ehat they wanted too so they just looked for any little thing they could try and add to my invoice. Half the stuff they said I denied for them to fix or perform service on wasn't even offered to me. Lol. . Now that's customer service right there. More
Good service. I do wich that would at least give your car a bath before you get it back. I had a good experience in the past with this dealership. I will never go here again. My car was perfectly fine. I have a 2016 ford explorer. I brought it in for a factor rear toe link replacement. The car drove poorly after the replacement and was pulling to the left but I did not want to blame the dealership. I brought it to my neighborhood shop and they said the rear toe links were not aligned and gave me the print out and they were 1.58 out of alignment on both sides which they said is severely out of alignment. They charged me 300 dollars for that. I brought the car back to the shop this weekend and you agreed the job was done wrong the first time. I left my nieces birthday party with my wife and two young children to get the car when it was fixed. The steering wheel is so off it is laughable. Now for a factory recall I will have to bring my car back to have it fixed again. Counting drop off and pick up this will be my 5th and 6th trip to this dealership instead of two. Everytime I have had to load up my young family and drive an half hour each way on a Saturday. Plus I got billed 300 dollars from my local guy to tell me how you guys messed up my car. 6hrs driving here on Saturdays with my young family and 300 dollars. You can imagine I am I little upset. More
