The service department where very nice. Having purchased a used vehicle and the next day the car not starting ; needless to say I was not happy. After reaching out to my sales rep and being to get it in next morning I was at least appreciative not starting ; needless to say I was not happy. After reaching out to my sales rep and being to get it in next morning I was at least appreciative for a quick attempt at a resolution. The next day I pulled in , Zach did an excellent job of gathering info and made me feel as though he really cared about my concerns. 45 minutes later my car was diagnosed and repaired. The excellent service I received made a bad experience ; not so bad. Great Job by the service team. More
Had a unfortunate breakdown on I/90 on a Saturday, was able to drive it to Bob Rohrman Ford.
