Not Good I made an appointment with the Schaumburg facility to view and test drive a vehicle they posted on autotrader. Omar, was the sale rep that help me, th I made an appointment with the Schaumburg facility to view and test drive a vehicle they posted on autotrader. Omar, was the sale rep that help me, their add said " NO REASONABLE OFFER WILL BE DECLINED". I felt my offer was reasonable, Sam declined my offer without any attempt to negotiate. I really liked the vehicle so I thought I would give them a second chance, so I went back the following day 1/3/2020, only to be told, the price posted was there to peak interest, and the couldn't sale the vehicle for the price posted. We reached an agreement. The vehicle had only one (1) key, and I was told would receive another key in a few days. I had an appointment 1/15/20 at 10:00 am to pick up the key and have it programmed to my truck. While in route I received a call at 9:45 cancelling the appointment. Today is 1/20/20, still no key. More
