Friendly Service, some things questionable This is my second time here for warranty work. My service advisor was good and down to earth, kept me up to speed both times while I was in there. My This is my second time here for warranty work. My service advisor was good and down to earth, kept me up to speed both times while I was in there. My concerns are more with the porters which, upon driving into the service bay did the usual alignment and battery checks, they left my battery cover clips broken or missing, not sure how that reflects on the rest of the treatment towards my car in their hands. I found this out at home when I opened my hood to check what they did. The tech that looked at my car, stated he couldn’t replicate my concern so I took him for a drive myself, and the issue was apparent as soon as we rolled out of the service drive, literally before we even made it to a road to really drive the car. My issue with the car is very specific, so I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt here, but it kind of raised question as to how he tested the car. He agreed with me ultimately, and will be ordering parts for a fix. My review is mostly based on my first experience with this dealer which a was quick and easy warranty concern and and I was happy that it was fixed. This second time though has me a little concerned with the porters which didn’t even own up to breaking and losing something simple like a battery cover clip, it’s not a big deal but little things lead to bigger things the more you get away with it. Anyways, I’ll be leaving another review once all work is completed after parts are ordered. More

I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and they took me right away. The minute I stepped out of my vehicle, the service advisor, Jason Rose greeted me. When we were going over my service history, he showed me the computer screen rather than hiding behind it. He noticed I never had a brake fluid flush and was upfront about pricing. Jason said it would take a certain amount of time and he was accurate. Overall, I am very happy with the service Jason provided. More

2 hour oil change I worked with Nick when I bought my car, so I was happy to come back to the dealership to get my vehicle serviced. He's very friendly, and always a joy to catch up with! I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed, and when I got to the service center it looked like it wasn't busy, so I didn't think it was going to take more than 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours in an empty waiting area for what I thought was a pretty basic service. I don't understand the delay when I had an appointment, and I didn't see anyone else waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. While it was great to see Nick, overall it was a very disappointing experience. More
