He explained exactly what maintenance would’ be done to my car and approximately how long the job would take. He made my visit easy and pleasant. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. No one likes to be pressured to buy a vehicle. Pricing was good and the finance man Rich was easy to deal with. I definitely would buy another vehicle from this dealership again. My last purchase was at Wickstrom for a 2016 Explorer Platinium. I would go back Rohrman Ford over Wickstrom in the future. More

Wow! Wait I was just there for new tires and told with my warranty it would be $191 like a deductible 😳 Don’t end customer relationships with just the Sale! More
