Worst service experience of my life. Went in for a sensor, told I needed brakes, rotars, etc. Fine, paid for everything and left. Grinding noises ever since, 5 follow up visits later, I Went in for a sensor, told I needed brakes, rotars, etc. Fine, paid for everything and left. Best car experience yet Sales guys are typically very hyper and talking in circles. I always am anxious in a car dealership. This was not the case at all while buying our For Sales guys are typically very hyper and talking in circles. I always am anxious in a car dealership. This was not the case at all while buying our Ford today. Everyone was calm, gave facts, provided detailed information about options but didn’t intimidate to make us purchase or go beyond our budget. They were very accommodating for our 3 year old and myself who was not feeling well even offered sub sandwiches and beverages for snack/dinner. I will be back here for cars in the future and hope to have the same experience as tonight. The price was fair and the financing was as well. More
