I really don't like to type anything but I have to! The service was great! I like really appreciate the service of picking up my car and returning it since I do have mobility issues and use a walker or two service was great! If you are planning on buying from Bob Rohrman don't expect a great customer experience or follow up.... Recently purchased a brand new F-150 from Bob Rohrman, spent multiple hours basically left alone expect a great customer experience or follow up.... Recently purchased a brand new F-150 from Bob Rohrman, spent multiple hours basically left alone in an office and upon closing the deal, I was told to come back an hour and a half later so the new truck could be cleaned. Upon return, neither the sales manager nor sales associated had the decency to walk me to the truck for inspection.. After the truck dried, it was noticed is was covered in sap. The sales team was emailed and they did not respond, a second email was sent 24 hours later and they finally scheduled a time to correct. The truck was dropped off and I had to argue with the sales associate to get a rental. Again, I personally had to follow up to find out the truck was ready to go. However they failed to remove the sap... Again Lack of customer service and un-willingness to properly address issues... This issue was escalated to the entire Bob Rohrman Auto Group.... Hopefully they can get it right this time More

I will never go back to this dealership. First time i go there i get rear ended by employee in service lane. Second time i go there it's 2 hrs for oil change. They tell me my trans lines need replaced. Ok c there i get rear ended by employee in service lane. Second time i go there it's 2 hrs for oil change. They tell me my trans lines need replaced. Ok cool. This guy gives me his card with a quote for replacement lines. I call a couple.of days later and the guys number he gave me says he never talked to me..... he doesnt work there ..... and hes in florida..... clearly the same guy i talked too. If you deal with Levent Oner walk away the guy doesnt care. More
I brought my leaseplan car in for service - Levent was my service advisor very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The car was serviced on day promised and ready by mid day for pickup.
