I trust that the work was completed correctly here but it took almost a week to complete an oil change and a couple small recall/emissions items. I paid closed to $500 for service, you would think they would provide me with a complimentary wash or at minimum a service report card. I've been pleased each visit in the last two years. My only wish is that service would at least ask if you want your wheels balanced when you come in for an oil change and rotate.
