Very unorganized. It took a long time to get my paperwork aftercmy purchase. Young lady who handles paperwork did not seem friendly she was very dry. Unfortunately, Kamarie and Dania at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia didn’t want to play fair. I live in Iowa but am from Schaumburg and am back home often so the 3 hour drive is no big deal. I guess they thought it was a perfect chance to bait me switch me because the price went up since I made my appointment the day before. Who does that? I’m not talked a couple hundred bucks. I mean about $4k in one day. As much as I wanted the car I wasn’t going to pay what they wanted nor will I ever accept being treated like that. Oh, and a smoker was driving that “new” car around town for 400 miles! What kind of operation are you running Bob? Very disappointed - I will take my business elsewhere. More
