Went to two other Chicagoland Kia service centers with very poor customer service. Wow what a rip off! My wife took her Kia Sorrento to this dealership at 11:30 on Saturday the 7th of August 2021. The first question asked of her was did she want regular or synthetic oil. They quoted her $79 for the oil change a be tire rotation. The bill was $103! Are we taxing at 30% now? They gave her a list of recommendations for the car. That list included replacing the cabin air filter and the vehicles air filter. I did both of those 3 months ago. Are you even looking at the filters? They also recommended a coolant flush and the brake lines flushed. At 42,000 miles neither are necessary. Beware of these shysters. More
