The car buying experience was great and I have been impressed with their after the sale and service follow ups as they really want to make sure that their customers are happy. From helping to schedule my first oil change, to the actual service done on the car. I showed up a bit early for my appointment and as soon as I parked, I was greeted by someone there whom was in the middle of doing something but took the time to acknowledge me. Then maybe 10 seconds later, I was greeted by Jose whom was seemed to be busy, but he checked me in. He set timeline expecation for service and followed up with me via text to see if I needed anything. Service took a but, but they got my car washed and it was on par with a typical oil change. When I was all done, the entire service report was explained to me, which was a nice touch. I'm very happy with the experience and I recommend this specific dealership to all. More
Jose, a service adviser did not quote me the true cost of my repairs with two new tires. I spoke to Phil, the manager and we could not come to an acceptable agreement. I was told that my bill would be $2,085.00. I mentioned this total to Jose more than once. Also, this was the only total I approved. Jose never told me that the actual cost was $2,510.00. He did discount the invoice for $150.00, after our heated phone call. But, I should have been told the full cost before any repairs. I feel that this dealership is dishonest. Jose never gave me my full invoice. I made a complaint with Kia corporate too. Maybe they can find me a dealership that does not practice deceit! More

I called and called for 2 weeks and also left physical messages and he didn’t get all of them. Once he finally got the message, he was attentive. I also told the person who answered the phone that I needed Ray, and his vm wasn’t working- they gave me to Al? And I left a message and he didn’t return the call. I dropped off my requested check stub with the managers. They assured me it would get to Ray and it was lost. More
