Dealing with a flat tire is no fun. I'm lucky to have gotten the Kia Tire package. If I have a flat tire I'm taken to the closest dealership to me. Most recently I ended up at Kia Schaumburg. There staff (especially Isaac) was helpful and communication was wonderful. They are not the closest shop to my house. The service attendant was very courteous, and the waiting area was decent. However, the oil change appointment was made two months in advance, yet I still waited 2 hours. I was advised that a tire rotation area was decent. However, the oil change appointment was made two months in advance, yet I still waited 2 hours.
