Really appreciate this dealership for actually accepting and honoring service appointments. It took me WEEKS to find a dealership that would actually get me in, and I'm happy I was able to get my car taken and honoring service appointments. My only suggestion would be to avoid calling women customers "honey" and "sweetie" and "hun" - it's condescending and sexist, even if you mean it sweetly, and implies that you think we don't understand our own cars. Unless you're also calling all the men "honey" too, skip it! Service was a bit slow, but the waiting room wifi was good and they did a good job with my car, followed and honored the warranty with no trouble, and were very reasonable. Finally, they said a wash was included in my service, which I got, but the wash was pretty mediocre; my car had a number marked on it from being towed (lucky me!) and I explicitly asked if they could clean the marker off, which they didn't do. Can't complain too much about a free wash, but I thought it was odd to offer it to me and then not even clean the one thing that needed to be cleaned off... Overall I'm very happy and would come back again! Thanks to Mark and everyone else for helping me keep my hamster-mobile in tip top shape. More
