The service manager was great. Very belevolent and worried about customer service. However when I first got there I wasn’t sure where to go or where to bring my car and everyone at Very belevolent and worried about customer service. I was there for around 8 minutes at the desk in front of the employees. Not a big deal at all I wasn’t in a rush and I udnwrstand the shortage and the amount of work they gotta do. But other then that Christian was very nice and took good care of me once i got my car into the service area. And the transport to the mall was very nice. I appreciate that a lot More
Issac you're Service Manager is top notch! The dealership experience leaves a lot to be desired. The space itself feels very dated and is not in good shape (water damage on ceiling, beat up furniture, etc.), which really cheapens the brand. They are very eager to make a sale and upsell you their multiple insurance policies to make more money but yet when it's time for them to deliver what's promised, they are MIA. I purchased a brand new SUV, multiple insurance policies to make more money but yet when it's time for them to deliver what's promised, they are MIA. I purchased a brand new SUV, and left with only 1 key, I was given an IOU for the second set which they couldn't find. They told me they would call me next week to let me know whether they found it or that they were making a new set. They never did. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and haven't heard back. The salesman we spoke to is never there and never returns our calls. This has made the whole experience annoying and it's just a waste of my time to have to call them to be given what should have been given to me before even leaving the dealership. More
I had a great experience overall with the dealership. Especially the salesperson and the Manager. But I was not greeted the first time in a timely manner nor the second time. The test drive portion was great both times. I felt comfortable and never felt rushed. I have a small issue how I was treated by the finance manager. But again, I was very happy with my Salesperson. His attentiveness throughout the whole process. More
