Feel I was scammed with interior and exterior package that was not on the car when I wanted to buy but when I showed up they said it was on there with LoJack. Water does not bead on the surface. Two separate things were broken on my car after waiting over a month for my catalytic converter. So after waiting for those two items to be replaced I finally got my car back to find a handful of lose bolt over a month for my catalytic converter. So after waiting for those two items to be replaced I finally got my car back to find a handful of lose bolts in the engine bay. Are those important?? Do I need to keep those?! Not to mention I had to front $4,000 for two separate rentals and am still waiting to be reimbursed for that. What if I didn’t have that money? I would be xxxx out of luck. I would have lost my job for not being able to get to work for over a month. Three days after I picked my car up, I went and traded it in just so I never have to deal with Kia ever again. My service advisor quit half way through my car being there and honestly I don’t blame him. I will never own another Kia ever again just so I never have to deal with Kia ever again. More

Accommodated us well. Wasn’t happy about paying that much over MSRP but that’s life. Probably could of gotten more for my trade ins due to them saying they pay over KBB bu Wasn’t happy about paying that much over MSRP but that’s life.
