From the beginning there were flags. They told me they put LoJack on but not they charged 500 for it and hid that surprise in fee section which it is not . The finance guy figured sales They told me they put LoJack on but not they charged 500 for it and hid that surprise in fee section which it is not . The finance guy figured sales tax and when I called about title work was told my state was the hold up. Later RORHMAN sent my paper work and a check for 184.90 and said sales tax was figured wrong. I went to get title work and indiana charged me 198.88 in extra tax because rorhman calculated wrong. The I looked for lug nut lock key and they did not leave in the car so if I have a flat I can't change so now I'm waiting on there solution. Their management can't realize that every phase of their dealership is incompetent. Doug More
