Went in to purchase car for my daughter. . We were given false information.. We were told Honda purchased Kia that there was a Honda engine in the car. The sales lady sold us a car that shoul . The sales lady sold us a car that should of had the app connect, push button start along with other features she was selling us Seltos the S model or the FX. We agreed on a number the car would not be available until the 17th. When we got home the paper work said they sold us a base model. The good news is in Illinois you do not own the car until it’s driven off the lot. Honda did not buy KIA all the sales information was wrong. We were told the sales lady was new lol I’m sorry that is no excuse also forgot to give me change on title purchase I was told to pay with cash not my card. The dealership is old it looks like it stuck in the 1980s needs up keep and upgrades very old looking. The entire experience was a bad joke . The good news is we went to Libertyville KIA a beautiful new updated dealership We bought the FX model cheaper than the base model that Bob Rohrman tried to sell. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. Car sales should know the products they are selling they should know what they are talking about. Go to KIA Libertyville More

This dealership has a large service department. It runs efficiently. It is quite far from my residence but worth the drive for service. They were fast and efficient with my oil change. The waiting area has adequate space but the old worn out seats are not welcoming. Definitely needs a little update. My associate was friendly.
