Tim, who was virtually our only contact for our car purchase, was very responsive and listened carefully to our needs. He helped us along the way from August until we picked up our car on February 25t purchase, was very responsive and listened carefully to our needs. For example, he located a Prius at another dealership for us to test drive since Schaumburg Toyota didn't have any available. He consistently listened to our needs and was patient and understanding.
