Great service; friendly & helpful service reps I came in for an oil change and possibly wheel alignment. The service rep gave me the $37.95 discount on oil change (which does not include parts or o I came in for an oil change and possibly wheel alignment. The service rep gave me the $37.95 discount on oil change (which does not include parts or oil). Perhaps they could tell customers the estimated total with the extras required. I also needed the wheel alignment so had that done. The service rep gave me a list of at least four other "maintenance" items that he said the car needed, based on its age (2007 Camry). Due to costs, I declined to have any other work done at that visit. I do think the spark plug cost, almost $600, is very high. While it may be mostly labor, I will probably check around with other repair shops on this item. More

ON TIME/EARLY Extremely polite and on time -- finished earlier than I expected. Lovely new quarters.
