Best car buying experience! I drove 5 hours from St. Louis to visit Schaumburg Toyota for a specific car they had in their inventory. First day I called and asked them to put the car on hold (for a 100% refundable fee) so that it would definitely be there when I drove all that way to see it! From that very first phone call everyone was so nice and helpful. Before I even got up there my salesman, Juan Vasquez, was very nice and easily accessible. When we got to the dealership the car I wanted to look at was all ready for us to go look at and it wasn't 5 minutes before I was out for a test drive, falling in love with the car. What could have been a very stressful process of buying the car was actually turned into an incredibly non-stressful trip! Juan was funny, kind, and so patient when answering all our questions, even the dumb ones! Every employee we met or interacted with was super nice as well, but Juan really made the experience and took time to show me everything on my car that I would've never figured out on my own! The 10 hour round trip from St. Louis to Schaumburg was 100% worth it thanks to the amazing price, the amazing car, and our amazing salesman Juan! 100% recommend going here! More

Bad diagnostics almost stranded my family. Nicholas Cardin 2 reviews in the last week I had my 98 Land Cruiser towed in after it wouldn't start. I suspected it was a starter due to the sympt Nicholas Cardin 2 reviews in the last week I had my 98 Land Cruiser towed in after it wouldn't start. I suspected it was a starter due to the symptoms exhibited. While speaking to the service manager (Randy) I explained that I was visiting family and needed to make a trip back to Ohio (wife and two kids under 3-years) and wanted to ensure the truck was safe to do so. I don't narmally allow my vehicles to be serviced by dealerships but had no other option given the circumstances. After two days I got a call that the only issue they found was a dead battery. Randy told me they inspected the starter, alternator, and associated electrical systems and could find nothing wrong. I agreed to a new battery and asked they do an oil change and top off the fluids. I picked up the truck first thing the following morning. The following day we left for home in Ohio. About 140 miles from home the battery light illuminated and the voltage was reading at about 10V. At that time I shut down all electrical components and proceeded to the nearest place that sold batteries. I bought two to get me back home. I replaced 1 immediately and had to install the next one 9 miles from home after the ABS system and fueling system started to shut down. Thanks to the stellar diagnostics and repair my family was almost stranded in 6* weather. Thanks guys! More
