Beware, even when they say the car is certified. I bought a 2012 FJ Cruiser... my third one..... certified and the day I picked it up the weather was horrible. I wasn't worried because at other Toy I bought a 2012 FJ Cruiser... my third one..... certified and the day I picked it up the weather was horrible. I wasn't worried because at other Toyota dealerships the TOYOTA CERTIFICATION means something. Frank Brodsky did a good job. When we went to inspect the car the wind was so bad and cold we could not look to closely. Frank mentioned that he thought they switched out the spare because of a tire problem. The care was clean, though appeared they attempted to hide rust spots by spraying black on chassis parts. They took the car and washed it while se paid for it. Halfway back to Wisconsin I noticed two cracks in the windshield. I called and left Frank a message. Next morning the tire sensor was off for a flat tire I also noticed no radio antenna, and parts o th roof rack were broken of but stuck on the car to look like it was ok. SHAME ON THEM. Frank should find someone to work for who actually does the 160 point check, More

Great service department!!! They know what they do and they take care of your car as if it's their own! Since I started taking the car for services at this dealership, I know tha They know what they do and they take care of your car as if it's their own! Since I started taking the car for services at this dealership, I know that my car is in good, professional and honest hands! Although the car was not bought from this dealership, they stand by Toyota warranties! After each service they honestly advice me about the condition of the car, let me know what is recommended to be done, but never try to add useless services. Each time the car needed to stay there for more than a day, or if they did not have a part in stock, they always leave me a message to let me know when the car is ready for pick up or when the part is there. No appointments, no long waiting, but always great service! More
