Some trouble at first, but they made it right I recently bought a pickup truck from them. My salesperson was Jake Welsh. After buying the truck, I drove it about 5 miles to meeting downtown. When I returned to the truck at about 7:00pm, the battery was dead. I called the dealer and to my surprise, the manager came out and got it running. He then gave me the battery jumper to take home for the evening in case I had more trouble. The next day they replaced the battery. Nice. However, that morning I noticed a large amount of smoke coming from the tailpipe. Long story short, there was a major engine malfunction. I returned the truck and was given a full refund with no hassle. I was so impressed (and thankful) that it didn't turn into a big fight, that I happily bought a different truck from them the next week. More
