My bank put us through what felt like endless hoops, delays, and back-and-forth, but he never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was a burden. His patience was truly unmatched. He stayed consistent, communicated every step of the way, and kept reassuring me when things got frustrating on my end. What really stood out was his dedication.
