We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that evening. We showed up around 4:30 p.m. and when we left at 6:00 p.m., we left with the Honda Odyssey. Nick Vullings was GREAT to work with. He let us take the vehicle for a test drive, gave us one-on-one attention, sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for in regards to the trade-in on our current Honda Odyssey and what we were looking for in regards to monthly payments. We had an idea of what we wanted to spend and generally that we wanted a truck for safety and space reasons. Mike Douglas assisted us in tracking down the perfect vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful! We were incredibly satisfied with our entire experience. He wanted our business and was willing to work with the owner directly to make sure we left satisfied customers. He made the process fun and the interaction felt very personal. We got an incredibly fair deal for a gorgeous vehicle. We didn't know it when we came in, but it was exactly what we wanted and needed! As an aside, we were incredibly impressed that the owner was at the location on a holiday. It was very clear he was passionate about his work and it is reflected in the many great reviews and outstanding reputation of Schoepp Motors.
