Mark was great to work with, he didn't keep me in a room waiting. Every time I had a question or when we were working on prices he had a answer within 10 minutes. I had spent up to 4 hours waiting at o room waiting. Every time I had a question or when we were working on prices he had a answer within 10 minutes. I had spent up to 4 hours waiting at other dealerships and this wasn't the case a schoepps motors. I got a great truck at a good price and they treated me well with my trade in . I'm extremely satisfied and have no doubt I will work with them on my next car purchase. More

Service was great....until you leave the lot Just purchased a 2013 Town & Country minivan. Had all the features I was looking for, including a DVD entertainment system. We were told it came with 2 wireless headphones and a remote for the DVD system. When asked where they were, we were told they are not kept in the vehicles because they tend to "walk away". After we purchased the vehicle, I asked for the headphones and remote. Pete kept telling me they should be in the van. I searched from top to bottom and there were NO headphones or remote. He told me he would look into it and see if they were at the dealership. When he called back he said they must be in the van. I went back out to search every possible place they could be and there was nothing. I called back to tell him that they were absolutely not in the van. He told he he'd see where they went. That was the last I've heard. I stopped at the dealership, he said he hadn't found them yet. I followed up with 2 more phone calls and 2 emails.....silence. Today I sent an email to the sales manager. Waiting to hear from him. He was very helpful while we were in the process of purchasing the minivan. Once we left the lot and the sale was done, I feel like he forgot about us. My husband purchased a Saab from Schoepp 2 years prior and had a bad experience but we chalked it up to a bad day. Now I think its more than that. More

A Moment To Remember Nick made sure I would not leave Schoepp dissatisfied. He ensured that he would do all in his will to get me approved and in a great car and he did ju Nick made sure I would not leave Schoepp dissatisfied. He ensured that he would do all in his will to get me approved and in a great car and he did just that. A car with quality, endurance and it's pretty cute too. As a first time buyer, I went into this experience very nervous but Nick helped me keep hope alive. Whats even more special is that he is an active listener and make sure your daily life activities and pieces of you are displayed in your car. It's spacious enough for my daughter and I and he even added some tent with the sunny weather approaching. He also personalized it and put the W of UW - MADISON on there as it is my alma mater. This was definitely a moment to remember it and not just because Schoepp is a great dealership but there employees care. Thank you Nick! I'll definitely be shopping again. More

Matt Belken was right there to help before I was out of my vehicle. He introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. He was very friendly & informative! I had very little time to test drive a car and possibly buy it over lunch. I had called ahead, and Sean Meredith was actually waiting for me, with keys in hand with the car i had seen online. He was supe buy it over lunch. I had called ahead, and Sean Meredith was actually waiting for me, with keys in hand with the car i had seen online. He was super friendly, knew a lot about the car I wanted, explained the options to me, and based on my time constraints, got me in and out of the dealership in under an hour. He even offered to get my old car back to my house for me so I could drive the new one back to work. Got a 2009 Mini Cooper for an excellent price and with great service to boot. GREAT experience overall. Terrific sales service w/Sean and Schoepp Motors. Recommend. More
