We strive to achieve the best in customer service, from the initial meet-and-greet, to service long after the sale. Obviously Pete failed miserably here. He has only been with us a short time, and has learned the hard way that this is not how we take care of our customers! I handed a copy of your review to our General Manager Matt Hassler as soon as I got it. With Matt involved, I knew this would be top priority, I know your parts were promptly ordered. Matt Schutte in the parts department just told me that you were in a short time ago to pick them up. Thank you for your prompt attention to my review. I appreciate the way this was handled after I complained. While I was disappointed that it had to come to that, your customer service to correct the situation was excellent. This was what I expected from the start and you have taken the steps forward to feel more comfortable referring any friends to Schoepp. I will make sure to respond to my original review so others know that Matt did a great job in making sure we were happy with our car buying experience. After submitting this review, I promptly received a phone call from Matt H., general manager. He ordered new headphones and remote right away and when I told him we were leaving for vacation at the end of the week he assured me the accessories would be in before I left. I received a call today from Matt S. In parts department letting me know they were in. I appreciate the prompt attention to my complaint and had expected this level of service from the beginning. So thank you to Bud, Matt H and Matt S for working hard to make a disappointed customer happy.
