I was very satisfied with my interaction with this dealership and with this sales rep until I decided now was not the right time to commit to the payments. That was 1-9-13 we called on 1-12-13 and let him know we did not want to keep it he basically called us both liars stating that he never said that. quality of work - 3 - because detail work could have been a lot better. I asked for the cup holder in rear of truck to be cleaned and it was not done well. It was still dirty.
