I bought an 03 subaru from them at the east side location. Kevin told me and me and my roommate that the west side lot didn't sell junk and that if I bought a Subuaru I would not have any problems a location. Two days later I noticed a leak and strong antifreeze smell. Took it back and turns out the head gaskets had to be replaced. Luckily they did so under warranty. But still thats a major issue, not exactly quality. Now after they fixed the head gaskets, there was an airbag light on and I come to find out the horn and powersteering doesn't work. I take it in to have them fix it and they tell me I would owe 500 some odd dollars in order to replace some part, which was very obviously in working order until they completed work on the vehicle. yet they conveniently said that they didn't think it was anyones fault that it was just a part that "wore out". And after I paid 7000 dollars cash for the vehicle. This tells me that they either don't check out there vehicles very well before selling them or they put them on the lot knowing they are messed up and scam people you decide. I chose the latter. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I paid 7000 dollars for that doesn't have a working horn, or powersteering. Pretty horrible customer service on Kevins Part and the folks at the West side store also. Kevin tried to act surprised when I told him there was a leak but Im pretty sure now that he already knew. Last time I ever buy anything from these scam artists. They will take your money and leave you stranded. More

When I visited Scheopp Motors West at 45 minutes to close on a Monday night I had no immediate intention of purchasing the vehicle I was inquiring about that week, but after asking as many infomed questions on a Monday night I had no immediate intention of purchasing the vehicle I was inquiring about that week, but after asking as many infomed questions about the truck in question that I could muster, my sale accosiate Jason Kossow, didn't seemed rushed to close for end of business but instead took the time to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and readily offered up a test drive. Jason spent the next hour or so negotiating a fair price for the truck I was interested in and also a fantastic trade-in price for my current vehicle. We ended up finailizing the deal Tuesday morning, but the time he spent with me, after close of business the previous night prompted me to purchase a vehicle from him the following day. A few words to sumarize my buying experience with Jason Kossow would be; honest, intuitive, and the farthest thing from the pushy in and out salesperson that seem to plauge the automotive sales industry these days. When I'm in the market to buy again, a visit back to Schoepp to see Jason will definately be my first stop. Thanks again for the help with my new King Ranch Jason! More

The only reason I gave a 4 in Quality of work and Experience is because when my dad and I arrived and told them we wanted to test drive the 2007 Honda accord SE, they couldn't find the key!!! When they finally found the key, my dad and I were tired of waiting and left already. They then called me and told me they found the key and I could come back and drive it if I was still interested. We went back and test drove it, loved it and bought it! What made it a better experience is that they took $500 off just because they couldn't find the keys! That was very considerate of them!!! While happy with the car I was driving I wanted to move to a small SUV for driving on winter roads as we live in a somewhat rural area. In addition to doing online research on the models that fit my needs and wants, I decided to drive through area lots to see what is available and it was during my lot-shopping trip at Schoepp's that a salesman approached me. We talked about what I was looking for and he gave me a business card. He explained that he actually worked at a different location, but would give my information to Larry and he gave me Larry's phone number. Larry called me two days later to check in with me and I told him that my husband and I were going to be coming to the lot that day. He asked what vehicles I'd like him to warm up (it was 24 degrees!) and have ready. When we arrived, the vehicles were ready and I drove two before making my decision. Larry's knowledge and ability to explain so I could understand the all-wheel/front-wheel drives, etc., and the 4 cylinder vs 6 cylinder for my needs was impressive! The title/financial piece was easy and painless, too. The bottom line is that I purchased a "new" car with the function, low mileage and price I wanted. The four new tires that had been put on the car & three free oil changes were a bonus! More
