My son has been searching for his first car for a couple years now. He was looking at private sales. I was leary of that so I suggested Schoepp Motors. Jacob looked at cars on Schoepp's website and found a car he loved. We went there on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Scott Lux immediately came out with three umbrellas! Jacob saw the car right away. We went on a test drive with Scott and he told us all the features. We knew that was the car. Scott invited us in to talk business. It was easy working with him. He was very friendly, yet professional. He really worked with my son. We talked about the history of the car. He explained financing and insurance and everything you don't know when you're a first time buyer. He spent a lot of time with us. He worked with finance to get a loan that Jacob could afford. Scott was great to work with. He was interested in our needs and wants. It was close to closing time and he never made us feel rushed. Dave in financing was great, too. I was looking for a Subaru Impreza and saw Schoepp had one like I wanted on autotrader at the Northeast location, so I emailed the dealership and Kevin Bossenbroek emailed me back. I went into the dealership and he was ready for me with the car. After the test drive, we negotiated the price and my trade-in, and Kevin worked extremely hard to get me the monthly payment that I wanted. Also, big shout out to Doug as well, on working with me and giving me a wonderful deal. They did not pressure me, explained everything very well and were extremely helpful. I was in and out with the test drive, negotiating and paperwork in just over two hours. They also did some minor exterior and interior fix-ups on the car when I didn't expect them to, as part of the deal. They really did go above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. The sale's person I worked with was not only extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested, but also about the other models of friends.
