We purchased tires from this dealership with the enticement of a rebate and free rotations. After we paid for the tires, they told us they don’t do free rotations, that the salesperson misspoke. Then they promised multiple times to send us the form necessary to claim the rebate but we never received such. After being strung along for several weeks, they told us the rebate had to be claimed on-line (which was never explained to us despite several subsequent conversations) but by then it was too late.
