Best car buying experience to date When I say this was the best car buying experience to date don’t take that lightly, I’ve owned quite a few vehicles and have worked through some good When I say this was the best car buying experience to date don’t take that lightly, I’ve owned quite a few vehicles and have worked through some good stores with good sales people as well as the other end of the spectrum… everything from the layout of the store itself to the sales people have been,,, awesome! If anything just go down to check out the store! I started out working with Marcel Chehin, he was great, no pressure, answering all my questions, got in a couple test dives. He stated that if I want to come down at a time he’s not there any of his colleagues could help me out since they don’t work on commission and it just so happens he was out of town the next time we came down and Anne Giusti was right there to pick up and help me out with my decision. After some test driving and more questions Anne helped me finish up with the purchase of my MINI and I have to say I love this car!!! So much fun to drive and still pulls down great gas mileage… I’ve already put on a couple thousand miles (road trip). I recommended it to some friends who’ve since also purchased a MINI saying they had a great experience as well… Thank you guys so much for all your help and a great experience. Todd More

Kenny Murphy was exceptional in professionalism and brand knowledge! They provided me with a loaner vehicle (a 2018 Countryman). They were supposed to have the vehicle for several days, but were able to complete it in only 3! This is due to the advanced diagnostic skills of Kevin Peterson, and overall efficiency of the aftersales department! He was able to get the USB port working as originally designed, and performed the maintenance with great competency! I live 50 miles away from the dealer, and it is well worth the trip! They were early to complete, and under budget for the customer pay portions of the repair order! More
