All this was done on-line, including having to get insurance for it as a resident of New York State. I plan on picking the Mini up next Monday and then driving home to NY after a brief detour to see my daughter in Aspen. The day we had our first visit the tech person showed us how to use the driver seat and the seam on the fabric on the outside of the drivers seat came apart.. Ralph Schomp looked at the problem, ordered a new seat cover and when it came in we took the car over to have it installed. The mechanics checked the fluids to make sure everything was good.
