Everyone at Schomp Mini is top notch! Christian my service manager and Adrienne, my service technician were very professional and ultra communicative. I liked this company so much that I Christian my service manager and Adrienne, my service technician were very professional and ultra communicative. I liked this company so much that I returned 2 days later and traded in my 2013. Countryman for a 2024! My salesperson, Charlene spent so much time with me throughout that process making certain that I was happy with every aspect of my trade in and purchase. I am a Schomp customer from here on out! I love Schomp MINI. Their service department is excellent. Stephen Good is wonderful to work with. Today, when their car wash wasn’t working he even drove my car next door for a wash so I could go home with a clean car. I also love how the service department does a video of my car and the undercarriage showing what they are doing and what they recommend. More

Excellent service department. I've always been treated respectfully and the staff make sure everything gets done efficiently but thoroughly. I have no hesitation taking my 06 Mini to them. They recently did a massive ($6k) restoration and they went above and beyond. My Mini has 184k miles and I have no doubt with Schomp doing the service it'll last for another 200k. More

Run don’t walk away from this dealer I bought a certified countryman 3 years ago and from day one had to fight this dealership for everything I was promised. Every time I have been to the I bought a certified countryman 3 years ago and from day one had to fight this dealership for everything I was promised. Every time I have been to the service department over the 3 year period I have had hassles just trying to get an oil change. I have had a different answer from 10 different people concerning the maintenance schedule, and the coverage paying for it I was promised at purchase. I was also guaranteed free oil changes for 6 years or 100,000 miles. Today I was told they had no record of this and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I drove over 100 miles one way to have service at Schomp. If you purchase a vehicle from Schomp have everything signed in front of a notary! More
