We have never bought a used car and we've never owned a Chevy before. However, after some thought we thought a used Chevy SUV would be the right move for our expanding family. After she reached out to me and told me about the new inventory that they acquired, my wife and I went down to the dealership. I was paired with a sales man named Gregg P. Gregg was fantastic. His sincere assessment of several vehicles, and his unbiased opinions helped me narrow down which SUV to purchase. In the end, we walked out of Schumacher extremely happy, feeling we got the best deal, and a high quality used vehicle. There was no pressure during the entire sales process. On the day we picked up the vehicle we were fortunate enough to run into Judy (the owner) and her son Steve. Judy and Steve made the time to say hello to every customer while they were in the showroom. Judy specifically said “if you’re not satisfied, call the front desk and ask for me.” I can honestly say, I felt like we dealt with family. I first became aware of the dealership after an internet search for the vehicle that I was interested in. I asked for more information and Kathleen contacted me quickly. I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. I had a trade-in and in no time it was looked at and we struck a deal.
