This was the third car purchase with this dealership, there were no games played. they worked very hard to get deal done where I wanted my payments and I dont have the best credit in the world. Lawrence was very nice and and straight forward if he didnt know the answer instead of guessing he asked someone. Finance agent was also straight forward and no games played. The car was cleaned well and lawrence went over the waranty and all the features of the vehicle. Few negatives there was no manual or second key so they did order that for us, also unable to produce a tag system was not working, very bad weather. I was suprised that the vehicle was not given to us with a full tank of gas that has never been done before when I have bought other vehicles. I was very happy when I left the dealership. Thank you. The wait was reasonable. The price no worse than expected. The service advisor was helpful and Friendly! Pleasant waiting room. I like the name Schumacher. Great job. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I brought my car due to a faulty fuel pump. It barely made it in the dealership. They checked me right in, got me out with a rental all in 30 min. In March this year, I leased a 2013 Passat and have been extremely pleased with customer service, friendliness of the salesman (Nick) and financing.
