Mr kewal, I'm very sorry about your experience you had on Saturday. I spoke with Neil and TJ about this manner and looked over the quote and I can honor the price they quoted but you need to qualify for the mazda owner loyalty and military rebate. Also the email does have a disclaimer and clearly states that the price does include all rebates. Please call me if you would like to further discuss this. Thanks Jenny 732-747-0787

Jenny, The email from TJ doesn't specifically say what qualifications one should have in order to avail the internet price. Your clause at the bottom of the email is quite vague Where it just speaks about "qualifications". Clearly your internet sales department is tricking in customers to walk ib to dealership. Your dealership assumes that everybody on the road owes a mazda and that serves in military. During my appointment setup with Neil, I did particularly ask him about any other fees or charges which will be put on, he didn't mention me a thing. Had I known this before, it could have saved a day for me. I would suggest that your internet sales department be transparent in the email and stop this shady practice. I relied upon the dealerrater.com to pay you guys a visit and now I will use this as a medium to let customers know what kind of tricks they can expect. Kewal

They should have Specifically mentioned in there email or told me over the phone what kind of rebates are included in the pricing. This is no way to trick in the customers. Thanks Kewal
